Welcome. My mission is to provide evidence-based care, free of judgment in a telehealth setting. No matter your reason for considering therapy, we will work together to reach your goals.
As a social worker, I take pride in working with people from all walks of life, regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation, and gender.
I understand that therapy can seem awkward and scary, but you took the first step by coming to this site. With telehealth, you pick where you do therapy, without having to commute to an office, find parking, and run into someone you know in the waiting room.

I knew for quite a while that I wanted a career which gave me the opportunity to help others. My original plan was to be a teacher. Then, I worked with individuals with developmental disabilities for almost 10 years, before finding the world of mental health. Since then, I’ve provided many services in a variety of settings, including:
- Group therapy for children with behavioral issues
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)- informed Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for teens with dual diagnosis (mental health and substance use disorders)- both in-person and telehealth
- Individual therapy in a school setting and supporting guardians/ care givers of clients
- Individual therapy with adults
I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Ohio, currently offering individual therapy to clients aged 16 and up. I mainly use an approach that includes DBT-informed and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies.

Services
- Consultation - Free, 15 minutes
- If you’re interested in talking with me before making a decision about your care, I offer a free consultation. This is not a therapy session, but finding if you feel it’s a good fit.
- Mental Health Assessment - $100, 50 minutes
- An assessment serves as the first official session. Here, we gather information on symptoms, history, presenting problems, goals, etc.
- Individual Therapy - $100, 50 minutes / $60, 30 minutes
- Following the Mental Health Assessment, I provide talk therapy sessions to listen, process struggles, help you develop coping skills, and get back to enjoying life.
At this time, I am not accepting insurance. Insurance companies can decide the number of sessions they pay for, without even consulting you or the mental health professional. Shouldn’t we make that decision together? In addition, insurance reduces confidentiality, by the company knowing about your care. And insurance rates and deductibles can confuse you by changing what you owe, especially when deductibles reset.
* Client must be in the state of Ohio during the entire session.
* Client must be at least 16 years of age
* A credit or debit card must be on file to schedule services
* Paperwork must be completed prior to time of scheduled Mental Health Assessment
Cancellation Policy
- Whenever you are able, please provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. If notice is not provided, full session fee will be charged. Fee is charged at the therapist’s discretion, because emergencies do happen.
